Over 25 year ago, I was introduced to Leslie Traill and the wonderful world of Astrology.  My first reading was simply amazing, as I learned about myself like I have never known.  There is something magical about peaking into the zodiac to learn, understand and heal from life’s lessons with grace and dignity.  There is something magical about the power of understanding your ruling planets and how they affect us in profound ways.  Whenever I feel confused, lost or unsure of ‘what’s happening…and why’, I seek Leslie for insight and understanding.  I never make important decisions without consulting my astrological chart.  I’m such a fan of this wisdom that I’ve had both of my children’s birth charts done when they were only 1 and 3 years old, as well as my husband's.  Thank you Leslie, for your profound wisdom and life-long support.  You are magical!

I am finally sleeping through the night!  Have a definite focus and direction on where I am going with my business and my personal life. I originally went to Leslie for an astrology reading, which I have to say was absolutely amazing. During our session we spoke about my sleepless nights, finding my focus and never ending buzzing mind. 

I took Leslie's level 1 colour meditation course. Now you have to know I am not one to sit still for too long. When Leslie told me to meditate for 20 minutes  every morning I have to admit I did feel a little bit of panic. After the 2nd day I couldn't believe that the 20 minutes were up. I was so relaxed, felt confident, ready for my day. I don't miss a day without  taking that 20 minutes. Leslie also gave me a meditation to perform at bedtime. I think for the first time in many many years I am sleeping through the night, not waking up and feeling rejuvenated for the day ahead.

Turn Your Passion Into Profit… doesn't sound difficult, does it? So why do so many individuals struggle with it? ...the reason; they do not have a schedule.  

You come up with a great idea for a business - your passion! - You take the courses that you need to be qualified in your chosen field and you start your business. So, Why Does It Fail? Well, it is because taking your Passion and making it into Profit not only takes education it also takes commitment to a schedule. When you become your own boss you think that you can make your own hours, come and go as you please and play President. Your business is your Job and when you start looking at it that way, you realize that you need to show up every day on time and put your hours in as if you were going to a 9 to 5 job.

Here is my suggestion; sit down with a piece of paper and a pen, start your schedule from when you wake up in the morning and plan it from there, putting in times, etc.

It may look like this for example - my schedule:

1. 6:30 - Wake Up
   
2. 6:30 to 7:15 - Coffee and do some reading and check e-mails
   
3. 7:30 to 8:30 - Workout
   
4. 8:30 to 9:00 - Meditate
   
5. 9:00 to 9:30 Shower and get ready for work
   
6. 9:30 to 12:30-  In my office, seeing clients, answering emails and writing blogs
   
7. 12:30 to 1:30 - Lunch
   
8. 1:30 to 4:30-  In my office seeing clients, answering emails and writing blogs
   
9. Now this is where my schedule is flexible; if I have clients in the evening, then I see them or go to networking meetings, or spend time with my husband, my grandchildren and friends.
   

When you adhere to a schedule and actually work at your business, treating it like your Job, you WILL succeed. Being self-employed does not mean going shopping when you please, going for long lunches with friends and watching T.V. during the day. Unless it is business related, you have to say "NO" and leave your social time to the weekends or the evenings.  Turn Your Passion into Profit and you will feel like going to work each and every day with lightness in your heart and a burning desire to succeed because you will see results!
