I took Leslie's level 1 colour meditation course. Now you have to know I am not one to sit still for too long. When Leslie told me to meditate for 20 minutes every morning I have to admit I did feel a little bit of panic. After the 2nd day I couldn't believe that the 20 minutes were up. I was so relaxed, felt confident, ready for my day. I don't miss a day without taking that 20 minutes. Leslie also gave me a meditation to perform at bedtime. I think for the first time in many many years I am sleeping through the night, not waking up and feeling rejuvenated for the day ahead.
